Shadow stamping, Sheltering Tree, Stampin’ Up

This is a really great card I case’d from Pinner Literally my Joy. I first saw it in the brown tones, but thought it would also look great in black and gray. Then one thing lead to another and I added on with a Night of Navy version. I also think this would go great as a dark, foliage fall style card, but with a non colored shadow tree…….I may still do one….keep an eye out 🙂

The video shows just how to do it, and makes it seem even easier, I hope you’ll take a look.

Black & Smoky Slate

Base card: 5 1/2″ by 81/2″ scored at 4 1/4″. I choose the base to match the color ink I used.

Layer:5 1/4″ by 4″ of either Whisper White or Very Vanilla .

That is it! Easy right….hope you love this sweet, simple card.
