Quick DSP Halloween card, Stampin’ Up!

Hi Stampers!

This card could easily become a simple One Sheet Wonder and make a ton of fast and fun Halloween cards!

You can use any of the adorably frighteningly paper in the Toil & Trouble DSP pack too! It will be available to order September 5th but if you want to beat the rush, you could join as a demonstrator on my team and pick this as part of your very own kit!

See this page, or contact me for more information.

This card used a 4″ by 5 1/4″ piece of DSP and I layered it onto a 4 1/4″ by 11″ piece of Gorgeous Grape card stock that I scored at 5 1/2″. I added a scrap strip of Basic Black card stock to band them together seamlessly . Then I topped it off with a fun sentiment on a scrap piece of Whisper White cut with either the 2″ circle punch or the 2″ layer from the layering circles framelits. I then cut  the next size up scallop from the layering circles framelits and added a bit of Copper trim.

I did a second card, or shall I say redid the first goofed up one with Highland Heather and a layered Basic Black piece measuring around 4″ by 5 1/2″ ish, I say that because I botched it up and made due the best I could 😉

Also this was the last time my niece would join me to craft since school starts next week. She did the upside down sentiment as that and slanted/sideways things are her favorites and who am I to stop her fun?

I added a piece of Black Organdy Ribbon which you are gonna LOVE in the new Holiday catalog. It is a bit sparkly and fun and would also be great for an Anniversary or New Years Eve or Night time wedding card!

What will you create when you get the new fun stuff into your hands?

Until next time,

Stay Crafty

XO Rach
