Hi Stampers!
Hope you got some inspiration from this cool card we made this morning. It was a bit messy but super fun and easy to swap out colors in the Brusho pack or make colors with some of the powders by combining them.
You will certainly need a work surface that is easy to clean or wipe clean and that is why I used a Tonic Easy Clean Mat. You also would benefit from a roll of paper towels to absorb the extra color and water from the Photo Paper. Also in testing the Photo Paper which you can buy here or at the dollar store and trim up works MUCH better than glossy card stock.
I used cheap coffee filters again from the dollar store and ones you’ve used for another project and are recycling as I did are fine too.
I added Brusho to the coffee filter and then sprayed it with water from a Stampin’ Spritzer to activate it. You really want to soak it and then lift it up and lay it onto the Photo Paper and you can press it down with your fingers if you’d like, then just lift and let it dry. Also you can make more than one print with the same filter too!
Also I added the sentiment with Black Emboss powder, but please be careful, it will crack the photo paper, and do not put the Heat Tool too close and singe or ignite it!!
You can watch the video for more info, tips and tricks, and I can make another simple video if it will help anyone….just ask:)
Until next time,
Stay Crafty
