DSP Stained Glass Technique , Stampin' Up!

Hi stampers!
This is another quick and easy Way to create a stained glass technique card. For this version I use designer series paper to create the Stainglass portion and used the detailed dragonflies then let’s to cut out a dragonfly from thick whisper white card stock and then overlaid it on to the base of thick whipser white card stock.
