Hi Stampers!
Thanks for stopping in today as we created these simply adorable bug cards! I had so much fun making them and I hop you did as well.
As I mentioned I am entering these in the Global Design Project contest: this is for GDP#194.
I have never been so brave as to enter a contest with one of my cards, but what have I got to lose? 🙂
Every week the team chooses a theme or design and they give some great examples. I saw the design the other day as I was peeking around and the bugs idea just popped into my head!
Hope you like what we made with these stamps.
If you recall, I said I got this stamp set for my son AKA The Rainbow Stamper.
I know he will love to make some cards soon. He also has the Dino’s and cute baby animals stamp sets to play with as well!
We had some fun doing the FB live today. If you missed it, you can watch below in the link, or better yet, join us next week!
In the summer I go live at 09:30a EST on Tuesdays and then sometimes I pop in unexpectedly in the rest of the week too!
CARD RECIPE
Base Layer:4 1/4″ by 11″, score at 5 1/2″
For the three square cards, I would use a 1″ square or 1″ by 1 1/4″ rectangle
DSP layer was 1″ by 5 1/4″
* Most of the cards were variations of the above measurements, but feel free to ask a question if you have one*
Until next time,
Stay Crafty!
XO Rach
