For this card,I cut two strips of Rainbow Glimmer paper and added them to the Basic Black layer I created with many different types of stitched stars!
You could also layer the die cut stars on top for a different look but I saved them for another project.
I had Adhesive Sheet on the back of the Black panel as well to make it easy to add the Rainbow paper.
I finished this card with an awesome stamp from the all new Ridiculously Awesome stamp set.

Thick Whisper White Base: 4 1/4″ by 11″, score at 5 1/2″
Basic Black or Whisper White layer: 4″ by 5 1/4″
Whisper White scrap for sentiment
