Fun with Hello Kiwi cards

Hi Stampers!

This was one of my original designs for a FUN Kiwi card.

 

I ended up using up scrap bases I had in my stash.

Worked pretty well if you ask me 🙂

 

 

This is the super SWEET card we created LIVE with just an idea!

 

To say I LOVE how it turned out is an understatement!

 

I think adding the “fuzz” was a great, realistic touch.

Finally we have the Kiwi/ Berry card.

Fun folds with an added twist are always a visual hit!

I had this base pre-scored which is why it did not match up well.

If you’ve seen any of my newer videos, you know I score one side and fold to the other.

This makes a PERFECT match each and every time!

LIVE KIWI CARD RECIPE

• Parakeet Party Card Base– 5 ½” x 8 ½””, score and fold at 4 ¼”
• Thick White – TWO 4″ x 5 1/4″, one for front and one for inside panel
• 2022-24 In Color DSP strip–  1/2″ x 5 1/4″

Fun Fold Kiwi CARD RECIPE

• Crumb Cake Card Base–4 1/4″ x 11””, score and fold at5 1/2″, then take 2 1/4″ off the long end
• Thick White –  4″ x 5 1/4″,  for inside panel and scrap strips for sentiment and cut out Kiwi if desired

 

Raspberry/Blackberry & Kiwi CARD RECIPE

• Crumb Cake Card Base– 5 ½” x 8 ½””, score and fold at 4 ¼”, then fold other side to meet for a perfect fold
• Thick White –  4″ x 5 1/4″,  for inside panel and scrap strips for sentiment , berries etc
• Blackberry Bliss– scrap of 1″ x 5 1/2″
• 2022-24 In Color DSP strip– scrap of 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
