Hi Stampers!
This cute gift card or small gift holder will be perfect for back to school!
These are the measurements for a 6″ by 6″ piece of DSP, you could make it larger if you’d like 🙂
On either 6″ side, you will score at 7/8″, then go to 15/16″ and trim off. You will do this same step again, by scoring at 7/8″ and then cut at 15/16″.
You will then fold the paper in half longways and enforce with bone folder. You will insert the folded end back into the trimmer and score at 7/8″, flip it 90’and repeat scoring again on the edge at 7/8″.
From there you will fold it so it makes an “M” shape, and cut the new score lines that form the end in only about 1/4″, these will create the inside flaps.
You will close the purse with either Tear n Tape or Multipurpose Adhesive, then use the Fine Tip Glue Pen to glue the inside flaps down so it keeps little bits contained!
What DSP will you chop and use for your gift bag?
Until next time,
Stay Crafty
