I made a variety of cards with the Most Wonderful Time Medley and a few other products!
This medley is SO undervalued when only seen in the catalog.
I had a crafty friend over doing a makeup class yesterday and when she saw me working on these cards, she immediately bought the medley….no joke! She told me if people knew how beautiful the DSP was in person, she knew it would be a huge seller! Thanks Marnie!
For one of the cards, I used the “Tree” stickers and added them to a Real Red layer of cardstock I ran through the Brick Wall embossing folder some time ago ( way to go using scraps!) and I first added some White craft ink with a sponge.
I was not totally thrilled with how it looked, so I then added some Memento black ink with a sponge. It sure gave it a different look, but after some more ” doctoring up ” as my Bushia would say, I liked it much more.
I added several layers of Puff Paint “Snow” that I dried individually with the Heat Tool. It took a bit of time but since I have “The Boss” Heat embossing holder, I was able to get it screaming hot and cut done on heat and dry time considerably. One word to the wise, you want to not goop it on, use thin layers and add if needed, it does dry on top faster than underneath. Patience is key!
For the other cards, I wanted something more outside the Holiday Color box, so I made a few more masculine looking cards. I really LOVE the deer on this paper and the color combo is just excellent. So subtle and unassuming, really great if you ask me!
I added in a few layers with the Ornate Frames dies, which ARE carrying over by the way!
They are for so much more than Halloween and I am glad SU! agrees 🙂

Beautiful cards Rach!
No one can say that you didn’t give them some inspiration.
When I saw the ornate frame dies I saw Victorian Christmas rather than Halloween.
