Hi Stampers! We created a fun Mirror Technique card today that I learned from Shannon Kissane, the Crafting Engineer. I changed up a few of the colors and elements, but she had a wonderful card I had to recreate!
I did a lot of sponging but you could also add some Glycerine to the ink to make them blend a bit smoother if you’d like. I used Pool Party as my main ink color and added some Blueberry Bushel to the top to add more of a night feel. I also added Mango Melody to the bottom for the sunset part.
I added Stars with the White Gel Pen from Singo, and also used it to add “water marks” horizontally. You could add a bit of Wink of Stella to give some shimmer to your water.
I used a “Background Stamp” made by Neat & Tangled, but you can use the back of the “House” stamp from the Pop On By stamp set or any other large photopolymer stamp
