Scalloped Tag Topper Treat Holders, Stampin' Up!

Rachael · November 10, 2017 · Leave a Comment

Hi Stampers!
Today I am sharing these super simple and cute treat holders you can create for many little gifts this holiday season!
You could use any Designer Series Paper for this project, but I have to say the Christmas Around the World DSP is one of my ALL TIME FAVS! It is also great since you can use the scraps and cut out little pieces to decorate your treat holder, a two for one in my opinion.

I will give measurements for both of them, but if you have a larger treat, all you need to do is to make your flaps a bit longer and you can always make the base a bit wider too to accommodate any treat!
Also, be sure if you haven’t already to sign up for my Holiday Helper emails, it will give you 13 Holiday ideas of cute cards and treat holders just like these to knock out your Christmas gift list in no time! I need your email address and name sent to Rachthestamper@gmail.com.
#1 Tic Tac Holder
Start with a piece of DSP measuring 7 5/8″ by 3 1/8″, on the 7 5/8″ side, score at 3 3/8″ on each side by scoring and then rotating the card stock 90* and repeating the score. Then on the 3 1/8″ side, score at 1/2″ on each side again by scoring and then rotating 90* and scoring.

Below is  a photo template so you know what the trimmed holder should look like prior to adding Fast Fuse (FF).

#2 York Peppermint Patty Holder
Start with a piece of DSP measuring 1 15/16″ by 7″, on the 7″ side, score at 3 1/8″ on each side by turning the card stock piece around 90*, it will make a more even treat holder.
Below is  a photo template so you know what the trimmed holder should look like, then just use the Scallop Tag Topper punch at each end, and add ribbon to hold closed.
